VILLA SERENA

Villa Serena offers a delightful way to spend your holiday in Phuket. This brand new beautiful four bedroom villa is located in Bang Tao, next to the Banyan Tree hotel and the Laguna hotel area. Book a round of golf at the neighboring Laguna Phuket Golf Club (only 5 minutes away from the villa), go sailing or diving on Andaman Sea or use the leisure facilities that the Laguna hotel area has to offer. Enjoy the villa’s own swimming pool or take a stroll on the beautiful and peaceful six kilometer-long Bang Tao beach which is within five minutes walking distance from the villa . The Cherng Talay village also has a great variety of shopping and dining possibilities.

Or simply relax in the peace and quiet of Villa Serena – the villa has its own swimming pool and a beautiful patio around it with sun chairs and lounge sofas. There is also a separate massage sala, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The villa has also its own BBQ.

The villa is very peaceful and quiet, the garden is bordered by a small river, opposite riverbank is fully green without any neighboring developments.

Villa Serena has four bedrooms each equipped with its own en suite bathroom (with shower cabinets), its own satellite TV sets (3 bedrooms have also DVD players), and two of the bedrooms have their independent audio capability. Two of the rooms have king size double beds, and the other two have twin beds but they can be attached into each other if desired. The master bedroom is equipped also with a small safe and a hair dryer. All bedrooms have plenty of cabinet space for guests’ comfortable stay. The villa has also its own furnished maid’s room, with its own bathroom.

Villa Serena’s living room is adjacent to the pool and patio area, and has a large LCD flat screen TV for your movie or TV enjoyment. There is also a study where one can retreat to, equipped with wireless internet and books in English and a variety of other languages. The study has a sofa bed that can be used as an extra double bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all modern facilities, and dishes enough to serve a party of twelve guests at the same time. Kitchen is separate but conveniently near to the dining room, that has a large dining table for ten people. Another dining area is located outside on the patio, with seating for ten people.

The villa will be cleaned daily during your stay by the in house maid .
